Black Fell - Route Two

The walk starts at Borwick Lodge, there is room to park a couple of cars at the junction with Skinner How Lane

Beyond Limestone Hill is the first of two access gates into the Iron Keld enclosure.  The track joins the path coming up from Sunny Brow, and provides an alternative approach to the summit

Continuing along the Mountain Road; the view opens out towards Crinkle Crags and Bowfell
A little further along there is another gate giving access to the main track through the Iron Keld Plantation
